13th, January

8 am. Civil gathering „Atmintis gyva, nes liudija“ in various educational institutions

10 am. St. mass for freedom fighters who died, at Šv. Arkangelo Mykolo (Įgulos) church

10:40 am. The concert of children and students leisure palace art groups „Vardan Lietuvos“ at Šv. Arkangelo Mykolo (Įgulos) church

12 pm. Placing flowers by the Freedom Monument in the garden of Vytautas Magnus War Museum

12:10 pm. Attendance to the Petrašiūnai and Romainiai cemetery to honor  freedom fighters Titas Masiulis ir Juozas Vaidotas memory.

12:30 pm. The honoring of freedom fighter Titas Masiulis in Petrašiūnai cemetery. Kaunas Titas Masiulis youth school community will participate

3 pm. Commemoration event – exhibition in the museum of Kaunas IX fort (Žemaičių pl. 73).

1-6 pm. Public Spirit gathering of Kaunas national cultural center educators and their students „Šalelėj Lietuvoj“ in the Kaunas national cultural center (A. Jakšto g. 18)

6 pm. The magnificent concert at „Žalgiris“ arena. (K. Mindaugo pr. 50). Featuring Kaunas symphonic orchestra, Kaunas national orchestra, soloists: R. Vaicekauskaitė, L. Mikalauskas, E. Kalvaitytė Vitkauskienė, G. Janonytė, A. Kurmalijevas, S. Burneikis. Especially on January 13th for the 25th anniversary will be dedicated S. Bartulis symphonic-vocal performance „Ašaringoji“ and V. A. Mozart „Requiem“. Free entrance but with invitations.

6 pm. An evening called „Su liaudies daina per gyvenimą“ in the National Cultural Center Ethnic activities studio (Kalniečių g. 180). Featuring folk ensemble „Jotija“.

6:30 pm. The premiere of the movie „Aš už tave pakalbėsiu“ and the meeting with the movie crew in the Kaunas cinema center „Romuva“ (Laisvės al. 54)

19th, January

5 pm. The presentation of the book about the 11th March signatory Birutė Nedzinskienė in the Kaunas Garrison Officer's Club (A. Mickevičiaus g. 19).
