A modern two-star campsite in Kaunas region and a beach of Lampėdžiai Quarry, the city residents’ favourite water body, were developed within the frame of the project. Two main activity directions of Kaunas region campsite are accommodation of tourists and organization of active sports leisure. All required facilities are provided in the campsite to ensure comfort, safety and cleanliness so that customers would like to come back. Infrastructure for active and purposeful leisure includes basketball, beach volleyball, tennis, and mini golf courts. Bath is installed on the beach, as well as beach beds are rented for clients’ comfort during summer season. Kayaks or canoes may also be rented for sailing in Lampėdžiai Quarry. The second beach volleyball court was installed on the beach and the only Wakeboard Park is operating in Kaunas there. Lampėdžiai Park has become leisure oasis attractive for citizens.
