This is the only photography festival in the Baltic countries, presenting the art of photo to the audience. People will be presented with creative contemporary photography creators and their works. The main theme of the 13th Festival 'Flâneur' is about public space, its perception and relationship with photography. In this festival will be foreign artists who will show their residences, a photography workshop for 'block-level' young people, portfolio reviews, nightly projections, several dozens of exhibitions and public spaces of the city of gallery. The Festival culminates in a birthday night with a number of photographic projection screens in the center of Kaunas on 19^th of August.
